My fitness journey began at fourteen years old in my garage, walking on a treadmill to lose my first bit of body fat. Not long after, I fell in love with lifting weights, guided by a friend who was a personal trainer. That passion led me through multiple styles of training over the past eight years.

I started in CrossFit, where I was introduced to compound and Olympic-style lifts. Through competition, I transitioned into Olympic weightlifting and reached a high level, placing at the top in Australia within the fifteen to seventeen age group. Years of intense training, combined with COVID and a back injury, eventually forced me to step away from the sport.

Over the past two years, I’ve reignited my passion for fitness and shifted my focus toward bodybuilding and sustainable training. I studied through NHFA Academy to become a certified trainer so I could help others reach their potential using the methods and lessons I’ve learned along the way.

I know what it’s like to need guidance at the start of your journey. Coaching isn’t just about programs or meal plans—it’s about understanding your body, building lasting habits, and creating a healthy lifestyle inside and outside the gym. Through accountability, smart programming, and nutrition guidance, I’m here to make the journey simpler and more achievable.
